DOPO对FCC油浆调和防水沥青的抑烟效果及性能影响研究

摘要:
采用催化裂化(FCC)油浆与70号道路沥青调和制备防水沥青,并使用9, 10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)对FCC油浆调和防水沥青进行化学抑烟,研究了FCC油浆掺量及DOPO改性对FCC油浆调和防水沥青物理和老化性能以及烟气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)和H2S浓度的影响。结果表明:在70号道路沥青中掺加15%~20%(质量分数)FCC油浆可制备出符合F150性能指标的防水沥青,但其抗老化性能较差,且FCC油浆显著增大了沥青烟气中VOCs浓度;利用DOPO可有效降低F150防水沥青烟气中VOCs和H2S的浓度,掺加1%(质量分数)DOPO的F150防水沥青在180 ℃加热1 h产生的VOCs和H2S分别降低了61.29%和77.04%;气相凝胶色谱-质谱分析显示掺加1%DOPO的防水沥青烟气中有机物种类显著减少,其中脂肪烃类化合物、芳烃类化合物、酮醛类碳氢衍生物和硫化物浓度分别降低了69.8%、51.9%、50.7%和55.9%;物理和老化性能测试表明,DOPO对FCC油浆调和防水沥青的物理性能影响很小,但明显提高了其抗老化性能。

Investigation on fumes suppression effect and performance influence of DOPO on waterproof asphalt prepared by mixing FCC slurry

Abstract:
Waterproof asphalt is prepared by mixing fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) slurry with 70# road asphalt, and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) is used to chemically suppress fumes in FCC slurry mixed waterproof asphalt. The effects of FCC slurry dosage and DOPO modification on the physical and aging properties of FCC slurry mixed waterproof asphalt and the concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and H2S in asphalt fumes were studied. The results show that the waterproof asphalt meeting the F150 performance index can be prepared by adding 15%-20% (mass fraction) FCC slurry to 70# road asphalt, but its anti-aging performance is poor, and the FCC slurry significantly increases the concentration of VOCs in asphalt volatiles. The use of DOPO can effectively reduce the emissions of VOCs and H2S from F150 waterproof asphalt. When the DOPO content is 1% (mass fraction), the VOCs and H2S generated by heating F150 waterproof asphalt at 180 ℃ for 1 hour are reduced by 61.29% and 77.04%, respectively; Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis show that the types of organic compounds in the fumes of waterproof asphalt mixed with 1% DOPO are significantly reduced, and the concentrations of fatty hydrocarbons, aromatic compounds, ketone aldehyde hydrocarbon derivatives and sulfides in the smoke are reduced by 69.8%, 51.9%, 50.7% and 55.9% respectively. Physical and aging performance tests show that DOPO has little effect on the physical properties of FCC slurry mix waterproof asphalt, but significantly improve its anti-aging performance.
