    Abstract:

    The design of high precision quartz vibrating beam accelerometer needs the key part quartz resona- tor has good dynamic performance. An implicit objective function of optimization design is built up based on the theory of modal analysis and finite element analysis, and the descriptions for structure optimization design and the rules for building structure optimization design model are summarized. The detailed steps for genera- ting analysis files, defining optimization variables, setting and optimizing are given. The result of design is reasonable and the scale factor of optimized pendulum is improved by 16%
