Design of metal limit damping device and analysis of mechanical properties for long span railway bridge

    摘要:

    为研究适用于大跨度铁路桥梁金属限位减震装置,推导建立一种金属限位减震装置的力学性能计算公式,提出了大跨度桥梁金属限位减震装置简化设计方法,并研发了装置的设计分析软件. 以郑万高铁某典型中承式混凝土平行拱桥为研究对象,提出大桥限位减震装置设计参数及其3种连接构造方案,理论计算了装置的力学性能参数,并开展了装置的力学性能实体有限元分析及其对全桥抗震性能影响分析研究. 结果表明:所建立的大跨桥梁金属限位减震装置设计方法适应性强、计算精度高,满足工程应用的精度要求,设计的限位减震装置可以满足高速铁路桥梁对行车舒适性和安全性的要求,具有良好的减震耗能作用,可降低大跨桥梁梁端位移约20%.

    Abstract:

    To investigate metal limit damping device suitable for long-span railway bridges, formulas for calculating the mechanical properties of a metal limit damping device were established, and a simplified design method for the device was proposed. Meanwhile, the device design analysis software was developed with the combination of related design codes and the simplified design method. By taking a typical half-through arch bridge in Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high speed railway in China as the research object, the design parameters of the bridge limit damping device and three connection structural schemes were proposed. The proposed formulas were used to calculate the mechanical properties of the device, the solid finite element model of the device was established, and the influence on the seismic performance of the bridge was analyzed. Results show that the proposed design method of metal limit damping device had strong adaptability and high calculation precision, which met the accuracy requirement of engineering applications. The device could fulfill the driving comfort and safety demands of high speed railway bridges with good effects of seismicity mitigation and energy dissipation, and it reduced the displacement of the beam end for the long-span bridge by about 20%.
